Juicy Couture Beauty

BUILD A DIGITAL PRESENCE FROM SCRATCH

Responsibilities: Project Management and Digital Marketing*

Challenge

Launch an e-commerce site to capitalize on holiday sales.

Approval and alignment across stakeholders were complex; This was a licensed brand under the Revlon portfolio.

Additionally, marketing programs had to be built from scratch, and costs had to be strategically managed to align with business size.

Solution

To meet the ambitious timeline and drive sales, we implemented a focused strategy:

    • Managed enterprise-level contracts, ensuring proportional cost splits across Revlon’s brand portfolio (e.g., Elizabeth Arden 85%, Juicy CoutureBeauty 10%, etc).

    • Juicy Couture Beauty operated as a sister brand to Elizabeth Arden, benefiting from shared resources and cost efficiencies.

    • Developed a workback timeline with strict deadlines to ensure an October launch.

    • Adapted Elizabeth Arden’s wireframes, applied a new design, and updated T&Cs and SOPs for Juicy Couture Beauty.

    • Streamlined approvals by batching asset reviews ahead of stakeholder stand-ups.

    • Assessed resource needs and onboarded graphic designers to deliver 15+ pages and 35+ SKUs on time.

    • Launched email marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid ads by leveraging agencies already managing Elizabeth Arden’s media.

    • Drove holiday sales with a 20% off $75+ promo and increased cash-back incentives in affiliate marketing.

    • Used high-impact brand assets to create scroll-stopping campaigns.

Results

  • Successfully launched the Juicy Couture Beauty e-commerce site in two months.

  • Drove $100K+ in revenue by EOY, just three months post-launch.
